Guided Nature Connection Walk

When was the last time you went for a curious amble in nature in which you paused to savour the wonder and beauty of your surroundings?

Seasons of Self is partnering with Ginninderry Conservation Trust to facilitate a sensory-based nature connection walk along the Shepherd's Lookout loop track.
We’ll stroll along the picturesque trail pausing along the way to take in expansive views and enjoy the spring wildflowers in bloom.
Along the way you’ll be guided through a variety of nature connection activities to attune your senses, restore your attention, and anchor you in the present moment.

What’s different about this walk?

  • Amidst the pressure and pace of life, this walk presents a welcome opportunity to decompress and unwind.

  • Nature connection walks are deliberately slower paced.

  • We walk with the shared intention to connect more deeply with ourselves, each other, and our surroundings.

  • We cultivate a sense of curiosity, awe and wonder.

  • There will be time for both personal reflection and group discussion - sharing our observations and experiences.
