Bush Buds River Walk

We are partnering with the Conservation Council to deliver a bush walk as part of their Bush Buds program! The program encourages Canberran's to choose their 'bush bud' and attend a walk with a local expert to connect with nature and learn more about protecting their bud. We will be using the Strathnairn to Shepherd's walking track.

There will be opportinites to learn about the following Bush Buds with the help of the Trust team:

  • Macquarie Perch

  • Murray River Cod

  • Two-spined blackfish

  • Murray River Crayfish

  • Yellow spotted bell frog

Meet at the Link building at 10am on the 30th of July. Bring along morning tea, water and wear enclosed shoes and long pants.
